Torpoint Athletic Youth FC ("the club") runs this website. This notice explains what personal information we keep and why.

Players and children

We do not store any information about players on this website: no names, dates of birth or photos. Training times and locations are only visible to signed-in coaches.

Coaches, managers and committee members

If you use the coaches area we keep your name, email address and, if you give it, a phone number. We use these to let you sign in, to let your team's coaches and the committee contact you about bookings, and to keep a record of changes made (who changed what, and when) for safeguarding and to resolve disputes.

Your phone number is only visible to club admins and the coaches you work with. It is never shown on the public site.

Lawful basis

We process this information because it is necessary for the club's legitimate interest in organising its teams and pitches safely.

How long we keep it

When you leave, your access is removed straight away. Club admins review who has access each season and remove details that are no longer needed. Change records are kept for up to two seasons.

Who we share it with

Nobody outside the club, apart from the companies that host this website and send its emails, who process it on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting the club secretary. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
